Terms of Trade

PRICES:
All prices include 25% VAT . We reserve the right to make changes to system errors, printing errors, tax and currency changes.

 

PAYMENT:
Payment can be made via MobilePay, Payment Card (PayPal), Bank Transfer, and cash upon pickup in Randers C.

Payment via PayPal:

PayPal accepts most card types such as:

  • Visa/Dankort
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • JCB
  • American Express

You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with Visa/Dankort or credit card. When paying, simply enter your card number, expiration date and check digits.

There is no fee charged for payment.

When paying with a credit card, you are always protected against misuse via PayPal.

The collaboration with Paypal means that we have protected the data that is transferred via the internet in connection with
with a transaction, with the help of a so-called SSL (Secure socket layer) encryption. Credit card information is sent from pynteskilt.dk to Paypal via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. We will not see your card information, as this part of the transaction is controlled by a certified transaction program. The amount is only charged to your card when the goods are shipped from pynteskilt.dk. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

 

Payment via bank transfer:

The goods will be shipped when the order amount has been paid into the bank account below - please remember to provide the order number when making the payment:

DELIVERY COSTS:

Delivery costs depend on the destination country.

     

    DELIVERY TIME:
    We deliver within 3-10 business days. Reservations are made for sold-out items and delayed delivery times.

     

    RIGHT OF COMPLAINT:
    As a customer, you are of course allowed to complain about a product that has defects or deficiencies that were present when the product was sold. The right to complain is valid for 2 years and includes manufacturing and material defects. Any dispute between swanminds.dk and the customer is subject to Danish law.

     

    RETURN OF GOODS / RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:

    You can return the product up to 100 days after receipt. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e. without marks or other defects.

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the price of the item and delivery costs will be refunded. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the return shipping yourself, unless otherwise agreed. You may not send the item cash on delivery.

    Returned goods must be sent in secure cardboard packaging similar to the original packaging - attach invoice or order confirmation.

    We will refund the money as soon as we have received the package and ensured that the sign is in flawless condition.

    Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
